A Showcase is a specific Innovative Leadership Program that is presented for the full course of the program at our Training Facility and has the following three purposes:
1. To help you experience first hand how our process works, how your
organization will benefit by setting specific goals, and to determine your
potential return on investment.
2. To decide who should be involved in an in-house program or who in your
company should attend the next scheduled Showcase.
3. Designed to satisfy the needs of a company with less than ten potential
participants for a management/leadership course and ten or less management
positions.
The Showcase and selected Course works by offering the busy employee:
1. Convenience-the benefits can be enjoyed with minimal time spent away from your business as well as minimum study time. All Courses are less than 3 hours in length per session.2. Spaced Repetition is part of a unique adult learning technique that gives you a head start in establishing effective habits.3. Multi-sensory perception is used to increase the amount of knowledge you retain and have available for use.
4. Association comes from evaluating the program’s information as it relates to a person’s work situation and their goals and application is achieved by asking the participants to perform several action-oriented exercises that will allow them to accomplish more in less time.
The Communication Triangle, unique to this Program, allows the Participant, his/her immediate supervisor, the CEO or COO, and the facilitator to monitor the candidate’s performance and insure compliance with their company’s culture and goals. This Communication Triangle can certainly enhance the overall mission, vision, and values of any company.
